Now that Baby Doc has returned I see some hope for unity of Haitan people and have proposed we work together especially the Haitians living in U.S. to form a construction company and appeal to U.S. government for financial aid and assistance to build immediately what Haiti needs the most which is new water and sewer works then can begin the rebuilding of a new Port-au-Prince.
This should be supervised and done by Haitians now living in U.S.and people like myself who lived and worked in Haiti and have the best interest of Haiti at heart.

the problem isnīt of the dominican president, every country has the mission to deport all illegals people into his country.
