Kappy Says...

Well, this poem was clearly stated and the video is very explicit and wonderfully structured.

Thanks for reminding us that we are still strong.

One must visualize this situation in both parties; meaning that we as Haitians cannot expect the United states to just accept us living here illegally although, our blood were shade to help free this nation.

They classify the Cubans as political refugees due to their communistic based country which to me is BULL because Haiti faces many political disturbances as well.
Yes, they owe us a lot, however, not because we helped someone this mean they will return the favor.

We have a lot of potentials that we can use to build our nation.

But we must be reminded that we were slaves, therefore after we were freed, we had no foundations, we had nothing to start over with excepted what we observed from our slaves masters.

African Americans here are suffering from this same ordeal, where little was provided to them after they were freed.

Sadly, we have to fight and make something out nothing.

Furthermore, some of us are conditioned that leaving Haiti is the only way to make it, or to become successful.

That we have to fight for.
One thing I know about Haitians is that WE NEVER GIVE UP
