Haitians Temporary Protected Status
Haiti Immigration Says...
Immigration has not extended temporary protected status (TPS) to Haitians although it has done so for Salvadorians and Hondurans. TPS is granted to those nationals from countries in dire straits such as for disastrous mud slides. Read more about Haitians Temporary Protected Status here:
